Faculty of Retraining and Upgrading has been one of the BIP structural divisions since 2000 which constantly increases the number of educational services. Currently it includes 2 divisions: Retraining and Upgrading.

• Retraining enrolls graduates and undergraduates seeking to obtain another specialty and qualification. On termination of the course students are awarded a state diploma which provides them with plentiful opportunities for employment in the job market.
• Upgrading division organizes lectures, workshops and training courses which are intended to help students acquire professional skills, get to know legislation changes and upgrade their qualification.

• Jurisprudence (Qualification: Lawyer).
• Psychology of management (Qualification: Psychologist-manager).
