Candidate of legal sciences |
The department provides teaching of humanitarian disciplines (philosophy, logic, political sciences, etc.), general theoretical disciplines (general theory of law, administrative law, constitutional law, etc.) as well as disciplines related to international law (international public law, international private law, human rights law, etc.). The department employs 15 lecturers including two Doctors of sciences, four Candidates of sciences and an honored trainer of the Republic of Belarus.
The Department uses new information technologies and interactive forms of teaching in the educational process. Particular attention is being paid to students’ scientific work.
The Department trains specialists with higher education in specialty «International Law». The training course provides for obtaining a professional qualification of an international lawyer with profound knowledge of two foreign languages as mastering legal vocabulary and terminology is important. For this purpose, the department organizes meetings, conducts classes with lecturers of foreign universities and organizes trips to English-speaking countries.
